Yes! We offer custom digitizing and transfers. We require a minimum purchase of 12 transfers. A $15 setup/digitizing fee is required. Your email & mailing address are needed for invoicing so please include that with your request.
To receive a quote, please submit a request here. The fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee and covers the cost of modifying your artwork, digitizing the design & creating the template required to create your custom transfers. When this fee is paid, it takes us 3-5 business days to format your image. Once completed, you will receive a digital proof of your custom item for your approval. This proof is not a physical image, but rather a digital rendering of your custom item. Proofs can only be rendered from a completed design file.
Transfer materials and color choices available are pictured above. We offer rhinestones, glitter vinyl, foil (spangle), hot-fix vinyl, or puffed vinyl. We can also create direct-to-garment ink transfers and include mixed media materials. Please be as descriptive as possible and indicate your material and color choices for your design from the above charts.
Once we receive your payment and verify color and size requirements we will create your mock-up. Changes requested after the initial quote has been provided will result in an additional $15.00 set-up fee, so please measure the item you plan to press the transfer to first and make sure of your sizing needs.
Once your design is complete, we will email you a PDF proof of your design with a description and pricing. This takes 1 - 2 business days to receive. From there we allow up to 2 minor revisions at no charge. Major revisions (such as size or artwork changes) require a new request to be submitted as the design will need to be redone.
Upon your approval, please allow up to 10 - 12 business days to create your custom rhinestone transfer and ship it to you (larger orders may take longer). Remember, a minimum order of 12 transfers is required.
All sales on custom designs are final. You will receive a proof to approve before we produce your transfers. This is for one design. If you need multiple designs you will need to submit a request for each one.
